Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They sent me a gift card for $20.00 in the mail never responded via email for Followup but at least sent a gift card.

Received a $20.00 gift card by mail. They never did give me an option for refund or contact me back via email just sent the card which is better than nothing.

Initially a woman named Lori Contacted me about my review, I even had my receipt to show her, and then nothing. No contact back again, no refund, no replacement. Nothing.

Didn’t get my complete order

Fazolis - Didn’t get my complete order
On 11/21/21 I ordered on the Fazolis app. My order number was 579517****123782. The store that prepared my order is located on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis, IN. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, extra Breadsticks and a piece of Peppermint Crunch Cheesecake as well as a piece of New York Cheescake for delivery. When I received my delivery, not only was the cheesecake not the one I ordered but I did not get the Fettuccine or extra breadsticks. I only got two pieces of New York cheesecake. I called the store and they said they will contact the help desk so I will receive a refund. When I didnt hear from them I contacted the need help on the app and still have not heard back from the help desk and also no answer on the app

User's recommendation: If you want your complete order, pick it up. Don’t have it delivered.

A fresh order. I would also like to suggest someone going in there at night and seeing how they run your establishment. It was my first time at night, but the behavior couldn’t have been new.

Complaint

On Veterans Day this store or restaurant was not to give the free meal your restaurant were giving to veterans cuz I did not have proper veteran ID but it said it on my drivers license. Veterans can get thus through the driver license department where us veterans show proof we are veterans and the driver license puts veteran on the I.d. Driver license in all 50 states and Washington DC and Puerto Rico

Horrible food.

Mt Vernon, IL Ordered baked spaghetti. I have had it at least 100 times. This time there was liquid cheese (white) and tomato sauce. Nothing baked like the other times Ive eaten it. The manager, Derrick James, said my entree was exactly like all the other baked spaghettis. Wrong. I told him I would take a refund since he could not ID the problem. ALso. Almost nobody wearing masks to enter the restaurant despite state requirements. Manager sarcastically said he is not the police.

Fazolis is very low quality "Italian" food. You have to have lowered expectations. Give your money to a locally owned mom n pop type place.

Utter disappointment

Stopped by for a couple parm chic sliders and a side Caesar salad...not busy at all, I was the only one in the drive thru..waited and waited 10 minutes later they handed me what I don't know, the cheese and sauce were in the bottom of the box, salad looked like yesterday's lettuce with a handful of extra cheese thrown in, soggy brown and too much cheese. I'm sad! This could have been my best lunch..how do you mess this up? What did I do? Pleaase fix this FAZOLIS no excuse to hand that mess out the window :(

Unpaid over due invoices for work rendered.

We were called out to work at Fazoli's here in Jacksonville, like the many times in the past we completed the work, received a sign-off by the Manager on duty, and invoiced and received payments. The last 2 times we completed the work, the Manager signed off, but we have not been paid. We have spoken to the OWNER, His name is Jeff, and he states the check is in the mail. This has been an ongoing effort since March 2021.

User's recommendation: Stay away. Poor Financial Responsibility to their vendors.

Have a complaint,no one got back to me

Your store in indianapolis on lafayette rd zip code 46254 is disrespectful and we spent over $3000 here and canceled the last order. Her name is angel and shereally need more training or reprimanded. She never apologized and would not even let me stand i. The building i stood outside for 2 hrs.000

Need refund for incomplete order.

Got spaghetti with no sauce, local won't give refund, can't contact corporate, except by email. How can you check the bottom of the bowl you are given at the store??? How do you forget to put sauce on the spaghetti?????
