Love the food. My finger was smashed in a chair because the cushion was loose. I told the manager and he was just rude and uncaring.

User's recommendation: Stay away from chairs in Fazoli’s. I don’t think it was fixed.

Accident in restaurant

Complaint

Tried to place a catering order and was hung up on four times because I wanted to do it over the phone. I spent $186 at your restaurant only because I talked to a manager. Kids working nowadays need to quit being lazy and do their job! Respect goes a long way!

Online ordering issue

My bank was charged for my online order but website said that my card declined. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to get a refund. Don't use the online order form.
