I did a drive up at the merle hay location in urbandale/des moines iowa. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a strawberry cheese cake.
This makes 2 times I have gone thru this. I did not get my strawberry cheesecakes both times. I called both times and the manager said she would send a coupon to me. Never got the coupons.
The lady i talked to said to me well you were asked if you got your full order. I told her that I misunderstood, I thought she asked if I got my order. She seen that I just sat the bag of food down next to me. I didnt look in it.
She said she was the manager and she speaks spanish. She agreed that there is a possiblilty that I did not understand what she has said to me.
But it has been two weeks and still no coupons for my cheesecakes with strawberries. I will not go back to that location as she has a bad attitude and does not correct their mistakes.
