I ordered food from your Muskegon, MI location and it was never delivered. I was issued a refund from door dash and told to follow up with the store because they have my payment information, once getting to the store, I was rudely serviced, left at the register for 10 minutes, embarrassed in front of patrons and the individual who assisted me who would not give her name but referred to herself as the manager with a sloppy appearance, flour on her shirt, shirt hanging off her gave me a 1-800-Fazolis number.
I wasnt a pissed customer, I was a paying one who didnt receive their food and was following procedures to get the refund. I listened to door dash who also has audio of the call be given a total different version of what happened. Not only have I not received my refund but when I called to check was informed that corporate was now dealing with my issue and that they had watched surveillance and heard audio and the manager was not in the wrong. I would like to hear that audio because I cant believe that an establishment would be represented by that or have given the person who just answered the phone there clearance to tell me that.
Its like a pride thing going on up there or something, I wanted a refund then and now, I dont need explanations about anything. When I was present the representation didnt know how to represent themselves and Im trying to find out if any one other than the people in that store know because this doesnt seem real of a manager.

Resolved: They lied and didn't give me my refund after replying to a review/ complaint I had on Pissed consumer
The best I could get I guess was a gift card but I wanted my money back.
Com and thats the delivery service they chose to use and not me even though it was clear to me that it had nothing to do with the delivery driver and my order being wrong (and I didn't even bring up this happened from this location before and I had pickup my order myself from the store and it was corrected) but anyway he said he was gonna get me some of my money back and I asked him how will I be able to be sure and he said he was gonna check and see immediately if he could do that and call me back on the phone in which he did but I never got the shady refund that he even said he did but I'm over it and its a shame because I have spent a lot of money with them and continued after the first mistake that was corrected and would have still even if I hadn't got a hold of anyone but I don't like losing money!
But for sure not losing money and being fooled and lied to at the same time. So I just wanted to set the record straight eventhough I'm not about to go through all the time and avenues I went through the first time just to get a refund and my issue corrected.

I have waited for weeks now to receive my refunds for multiple orders that I paid for but didn't receive! I did receive some credits for some orders but when I reordered my food was not delivered again and I paid extra cash with the credits!
I just want the money that I'm out of and what is worse when I was on the phone with one of the managers she tells me that they received a refund from the delivery platform THEY use! So they were not at a loss on their end but the money they got refunded was money that I paid! With is absolutely outrageous! Im a single mother of seven and I'm not rich nor have money to just give out to anyone and I didn't want anything I didn't pay for that's why I told them I didn't want anyone credits at this point but I should have the money I'm out of!
Skip the food I never recieved after several attempts! But I had a feeling they would not honor their word after I spoke with the first manager at this location that initially handled my first order that was incorrect that actually started all this, he was a little snippy to me the second time I called him and asked him to put the money back on my card which the other manager said they couldn't do but they got their payment that way!
Its a shame because I'm a very loyal customer when it come to restaurants and my food but I don't recommend Fazolis anymore! Especially ordering from them online using Doordash!.

I went through the drive through and purchased one of the family meals that was advertised for 24.99. I had a coupon on their website for the same price so I went ahead and got it.
I gave the girl at the window my debit card. She ran it and when I got the receipt it showed I was charged 29.99. When I told the girl at the window that she just slapped the counter because she was mad. I got out of the drive through and went in and the manager said that theres nothing she could do about it because corporate will have to come and change the board.
I informed her that even though it was 29.99 I had a coupon that would make it 24.99. She just said Im sorry but thats how it is. I called her back and talked to her and she said that there has been several people that complained about it but they just got over it.
This is the second time I have had an issue there and the manager was no help. The Knoxville Fazolis has always been great and never had any complaints there.
