Rob very rude to employees

Rob is very rude to his employees he literally says racist comments to his employees. He literally told another employee that we already got a hood rat working here telling that to another employee and he has told another employee we have another Mexican working here go back to the state that you come from, any talk about how ghetto that we have Black people work in here and he makes it real real uncomfortable working at the Fazolis and I feel that he needs to be disciplined on his actions because hes making people that dont wanna come to work and customers have seen it

We line in the East valley of the Phoenix metro area. We drove to the newest and only AZ Fazolls lacared between Mesa and Scottsdale.

It was around 4:00 PM. The restaurant was busy, so we expected the food to be fresh and hot. We ordered 2 samplers and 2 drinks. Our mid afternoon meal cost $29.00.when the food arrived it was hot but the air conditioning was set on meat locker.

We couldnt eat fast enough before our food was ice cold. The spaghetti and meatballs we both ate was good, the fettuccine was mediocre and the lasagne was overcooked and the noodles were tough. Based on our experiences at Fazolls in other locations this location was meh.

We might try it again if we are near it, but based on this experience this location would not be a destination for us. This location has been open for 3 months, but Fazolls corporate website hasnt been updated to reflect this location in AZ so we were unable to leave our feedback.

Please see above. The rude chic was just that-rude from the get go so I asked for a manager since she had zero resolution but the manager too was rude.

The window girl told me to move forward to wait in breadsticks in which I passed in doing since it had already been 35+ minutes and I watched them bag the food and I guess they want that to get cold in the car while waiting on bread. Now heres the kicker; I get home and I had burnt bread. I paid for the extra dozen so all of the bread was burnt. Im like what you had me wait in bread to burn it?!

Back up to me waiting verses pulling up (which everyone gets bread so the next person wouldve had to wait as well)the girl argued until she slammed the window so hard the person on the phone could hear it-idk how it didnt bust; I guess its shatter proof bc the noise and way it was done and the girl was obnoxious!!! Horrible service, customer service and food.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They acknowledged it happened but they wouldn't tell me the action they took so i told them i would never go to their restaurant again!!!!!

I went into your restaurant and the employee was talking very loud and talking about problems with other employees to his co workers. He was out by where you put your dirty dishes blowing his nose with no hand washing!! He was delivering food to tables. When i went up and asked him to please not talk so loud about his complaining about other employees he basically told me to go back to my table and quit listening to his conversation! I happen to like fazolis but the one in plant city, FL seems to like to lie about the lunch specials. I normally get the spaghetti with meat sauce and upgrade to meat(balls) for the 1$ up charge. Because that's what the sign says. Yet every single time I'm giving one single meatball for a pound of pasta...and when I complain and clearly point to ur sign that says meatballs with a plural. I'm lied too or charged on top of the upcharge to actually get what was advertised.

10/22 online order supposedly checked for accuracy. Ended up missing bread stick and salad. Ordered spicy sausage penne which was so full of red pepper no one could eat it. The reply from on site manager sorry hope you give us another chance. Poor excuse for service, food or customer concern. Shameful with businesses struggling to keep their doors open. We wanted to get the lunch special because my sister in law has special food needs. I have always been able to get this before even with an up charge.

Today it was a NO a hard NO. So we asked if we could get help finding something comparable. She told us the sampler I think. We agreed on 2 alfredo and 1 penne with meat sauce on the side.

She had half of her mouth rebuilt so the acid burns but she loves it so she asks for the sauce on the side. We got penne with a lot of sauce for 2 and only 1 alfredo and the alfredo wasn't alfredo noodles. It was all the pasta scraps. I felt so sorry for her.

She loves fazoli but it will be a while before she can forget this. So disappointed. And like I said we have never had an issue before. I wish I had thought to take a picture of that mess.

Even the breadsticks were nasty. The butter tasted old and the sticker were doughy. We loved fazoli and prefer here to olive garden.

But I don't know now. It seems as though they were punishing us for the special requests.

Terrible Customer Service

I went to the new fazolis in my town of Mesa, Arizona a week ago. As a transplant, I was excited to bring my friends and have them try the food.

The place was busy but the girl at the front counter had a terrible attitude and the worst customer service I have ever received. She acted like she didn't understand the menu or any simple questions I had. I asked for two of the pick two meals and the bill came out much higher than I expected. As I had waited 20 minutes and the line of people was out the door.

I decided to try and figure it out on the side and let other people order. I ended up with Three meals instead of the two which I ordered

Order $70.00 of food only got half of it and was told to call customer service got no answer and hung up on would love to have my money back for all the food or at least the food I did not get cause that is ridiculous was told they could not give money back on an online order when they obviously know we made it and paid for it so an answer back would be great

Pizza was crust was not cooked properly. Crust was not brown. Under sauce was a layer of unbaked crust. Goo. Restaurant was closed due to remodel. Strawberry ice lacked flavoring was given another cup of strawberry flavoring which made it enjoyable .

I am writing this complaint for the Fazolis located in Nicholasville, KY. Every single time i go there i am sitting in line for 30 mins to get my food.

Once in awhile i could understand but when there arent any other customers it shouldn't be so long. Today i go and sit behind another lady at speaker for 10 mins and she hadn't even gotten helped yet. Then 2 of the employees one male/one female casually come from behind the dumpster which is enclosed by fencing. They had been back there either smoking or who knows what while 2 customers where waiting to order and had not even been spoken to yet.

I mean the food prices are way to high to be sitting for so long for your order to be taken then even longer to get the food. I will not be going back since this seems to happen on a regular basis.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It's isn't solved until they either put a real Carbonara on the menu or re-name their current Carbonara spaghetti alfredo. However the man I spoke with was very nice and I feel like he agreed with what I had to say.

My complaint is with the "Carbonara" on their menu. It is NOT a Carbonara. It is Spaghetti Alfredo. I have spoken with someone from the corporate office who agreed with me on the matter. He couldn't answer my question as to why they decided to call it a Carbo instead of what it truly is. He did say they are looking at some new dishes/recipes and maybe an actual Carbonara is on the horizon.
